This award recognizes exemplary educators throughout the United States who through their influence improve the lives of students with ADHD.

Eligibility Criteria:
In the fields below, please provide ample details and specific examples of the impact the nominee has had on students, other teachers, and the community based on the criteria. The information you provide will help the award committee understand what makes the individual an outstanding educator. Five of the seven criteria below must apply to the nominee.
