Eligibility Questions

The Adolescent & Young Adult Health Unit at the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) and the Health Care Authority (HCA) are holding listening sessions ("community chats") to get a better understanding of how teens and young adults eligible for Apple Health (Medicaid) in Washington experience getting OTC contraception.

We want to understand what young people know about OTC contraception, where they get it, and what makes getting OTC contraception at the pharmacy challenging so we can identify ways to make it easier. OTC contraception includes drugs like daily oral birth control pills (OPill) and emergency contraception (Plan B), as well as contraceptive devices, like condoms.
Answer the questions below to find out if you are eligible to participate in the community chat.

If you are eligible, you will be prompted to select a date. A DOH staff member will reach out to confirm your participation and send a zoom link. This form will take you 5 minutes to complete. Please email [email protected] with any questions.

Information collected via this application may be subject to release in accordance with RCW 42.56 (Public Records Act).
